Usage Analytics - Sourcebot

Analytics only available in a paid plan. Please activate a license key to use this feature.

Overview

Analytics shows how your organization uses Sourcebot over time. Owners can open it from Settings → Analytics.

Active users

Daily active users chart with the All, Search, Ask, and MCP series shown and a tooltip listing each series' count for one day

The active users chart shows the number of distinct users in each day, week, or month. Use the selector below the chart to change the period. Select series in the legend below the chart to compare them. All is shown by default.

Series	Counts users who
All	Did anything in Sourcebot while signed in, including through the API and MCP.
Search	Searched code in the web app.
Ask	Sent a message to Ask Sourcebot in the web app.
MCP	Called a tool through the MCP server.

A user who used several features counts toward each of them, so the feature series don’t add up to All. The latest period is drawn as a dashed line while it’s still in progress.

Usage leaderboard

The leaderboard lists each user who was active in the selected range, with:

Active days: the number of days the user was active.
Searches: code searches in the web app.
Ask messages: messages sent to Ask Sourcebot in the web app.
MCP tool calls: tools called through the MCP server.
